Track Components produce many thousands of parts for this industry to include parts for Power Steering, Fuel Injection and Braking Systems. All parts are made within tight schedules.

Care Equipment

We help with the design and manufacture of care equipment for small children and the elderly mainly small batches which we hold in stock. All parts are made to exacting standards and finishes which include Plating and Powder coating.

Catering

Supplying all types of screws, spacers and rollers in 303 and 316 stainless steel we also make small enclosures in aluminium and stainless steel.

Coding and Printing

Track Components produce a large range of parts for this sector including shafts, pulleys, bushes, cartridge carriers, guide rails and manifolds. Some parts are shipped as sub assemblies held in stock for next day delivery.

Conveyors

We produce rollers, pins and bushes in stainless steel and high carbon steels also sprocket pulleys and heavy duty wheels, keeping many parts in stock for immediate delivery.

Domestic Equipment

Producing large quantities of parts for cookers washing machines and small domestic appliances to tight time schedules at very competitive prices. Parts include gas jets, shafts , bearings, bushes, electrical contacts and terminals.

Electrical and Motors

Track Components produce Motor Shafts to close tolerances on Sliding Head Lathes. We machine Pulleys and Sprockets and also milling Enclosures and make large batches of Electrical contacts, screws and fittings.

Electronics

Parts produced for the electronics industry include RF fittings in brass and stainless steel. Front Panels and complete Enclosures milled from Stainless Steel and solid billets in Aluminium. Pins, Sockets, Screws, Contacts and Terminals machined from Copper and other materials. Making large batches of Connectors to tight tolerances, Stand Off Pillars and special fine Pitched Nuts.

Engineering

As an engineering company we are asked to make a variety of components, including prototypes and spare parts. We are asked for our input in the design and development of cutting edge products.

Fasteners

We have the ability to produce non standard fasteners including screws, inserts and tie rods in all types of materials with short lead times.

Hydraulics

Pipe fittings in non standard sizes, valves, and manifold blocks are just a few of the parts we have produced, machining all types of material including brass, mild steel and stainless steels.

Lighting

Track Components turn all types of fittings in Aluminium and Stainless Steel up to 250mm in diameter on our multi axis lathes. All Aluminium parts are diamond turned and can be Anodised or Powder coated.  Most of the stainless steel used in this industry is marine grade 316.

Marine

Finishes are very important to this sector we produce mainly small batches of parts in 316 stainless steel and brass.

Medical

This industry demands intricately manufactured products made from Stainless Steel and Titanium to close tolerances. We have produced special Screws, Pins and Sockets for bone surgery also Syringes in 316 Stainless Steel.  We also machine Cobalt Chrome for our medical customers.

Metering and Sensing

We produce parts made in a wide range of materials including Tufnols, PTFE, Copper, Brass, Aluminium and Stainless Steels. Sensor Bodies. Probes and Adaptors. Instrument Enclosures. Shafts and Bearings. Many being delivered in bespoke packaging to ensure perfect finishes straight from stock.

Pneumatics

Manufacturing large batches of air needle valves, nozzles, manifold blocks and air fittings to close tolerances. Most parts being ultrasonic cleaned before being dispatched. Some pneumatic components are produced in batch sizes of 20,000+.

Shop Fittings

Over the years we have produced many different parts for the shop fitting and display sector in brass, aluminium and stainless steel with many parts being diamond turned. Finishes include plating and anodising in a variety of colours and textures.
