A SECOND CITIZEN M32 VIII LFV ORDERED!
We have now purchased a second Citizen M32 lathe. The M32 VIII will have LFV technology to reduce swarf entanglement, touch screen programming interface and a fully programmable B-axis rotation with live tooling.
We have achieved certification for ISO14001:2015.
We have now taken receipt of 2 x Mazak 250 MSY. This has increased the number of Mazak lathes to 18 machines. Give us a call to see how we can help you with your turned component parts.
We have now taken receipt of a new L32–X and a L12–X sliding head lathes. This has increased the number of Citizen lathes to 16 machines capable of machining Ø1mm – Ø37mm components. Mazak Quickturn 250 MSY –Due to our ever-expanding need for capacity, we have decided to purchase 2 Mazak Quick Turn 250 MSY lathe. The first machine will have a pick and place robotic arm with automatic door opening to help true lights out 24hr machining. The second machine will be able to handle 80mm bar diameter utilising the barfeed and parts catcher for cost effective machining.
Delivery is expected March 2023
We will be expanding our sliding head capacity by adding another Citizen. The new L32-X will have LFV technology to reduce swarf entanglement, touch screen programming interface. With full 8-Axis machining this will be a welcome addition to the current 14off citizens we have.
Due to customer requirements we have invested in laser marking machine. We can laser mark on a wide variety of materials and will be able to mark cylindrical components as we have an additional tilting rotary head.
