We have now installed LED lighting throughout the company. The upgrade to the lighting has bought better working light for all employees in all departments while lowering our impact on the environment and reducing our power consumption. In total we replace 89 panel lights in the offices and assembly with a further 66 high bay lights in the production area.
Another new purchase to be delivered March/April 2018.
We will double our Intergrex capacity with the arrival of a new Integrex i-200ST. Due to the success of the first machine and the ever growing demand for one hit complex parts we have decided to acquire another machine to sit along side the original. Look out nearer the time for updates and pictures.
We are exhibiting at Southern manufacturing 2018. The show will be on 6th- 8th February, We welcome existing customers as well as meeting new aquaintances for a chat to discuss your requirements!!

Due to the continued commitment to customer requirements we have installed a brand-new assembly area. The area is self-sufficient with dedicated lighting, tools and power points. The first sub-assemblies have been through the new area and the area passed with flying colours.
We are pleased to announce we have ordered the newly released Mazak i-300 Auto Work Changer (AWC) system consisting of a 32- pallet stocker servicing full 5-axis machining centre, 18k rpm spindle with 205 expandable tool hive all managed by MAZATROL SmoothX software. Delivery is due April 2018.
The machine was ordered while attending EMO in Hannover and will be the first of its kind in the UK.
We have the latest generation MAZAK 5-axis machining centre being delivered very shortly. The machine is capable of simultaneous 5-axis machining for accurately processing parts with complex profiled surfaces in single setups.
This machine will be with us early 2018 and will be initially running on a suite of parts for a medical company.
Yet another addition to the Mazak family at Track. This machine takes us to 13 fixed head lathes within the company and is already up and running in less than a week.
We have increased our capacity in the sliding head department with the addition of a Citizen L32 lathe. The newest member will increase the number of machines to 10 Citizen lathes and is a welcome addition. The L32 is currently going through our usual check list and a total clean inside and out ready to start producing quality components very soon.
