Our Fourth I300 AWC has been ordered and scheduled for delivery in the first quarter on 2022. Watch this space!!!
Unfortunately the southern manufacturing show has been cancelled for this year. As much as we were looking forward to it, we understand the reasons and look forward to southern manufacturing 2022.
The good news, we have already booked for next years show so we will look forward to seeing you next February 2022.
Due the continued strong growth, we have ordered another Mazak W200Y multiplex. The new machine comes with a gantry loading system able to pick and carry 15kg, y-axis capability and a centre partition to allow machining at both ends simultaneously with up to 200mm diameter billet capacity.
We have decided to exhibit at Southern manufacturing 2021. Due to Covid the show has been moved from the usual early slot to the 6th– 7th October 2021, we hope to welcome existing customers as well as meeting new acquaintances for a chat to discuss your machined component requirements!!
The new Citizen M32 has now been delivered. In the next couple of days, the machine will be commissioned and ready to run! Give us a call to see how we can help you with small turned component parts.
Our third I300 AWC has now arrived. Even the snow couldn’t stop the delivery of the new machine. We now have three 5-axis milling machines with 32 pallets on each mill. The engineers are onsite following the covid guidelines to set the machine up and commission ready for use.
Our Third I300 AWC will be delivered and commissioned shortly and will be ready to work along side its sister machines. The new machine is the identical to the previous two, so work can be swapped between machines as well as running the same parts together when necessary with minimal input.
