We have added further capacity in the sliding head department with the addition of a Citizen B16E VI lathe. This will increase the number of machines to 11 Citizen lathes and is a welcome addition. The B16E will be ready to start producing quality components very soon
It’s taken a while, but it has finally arrived. The all new I300 AWC has been delivered. After a few weeks of commissioning and training the machine will be up running and a welcome addition to the Machines currently on site. Why don’t you go to our website and check the Capacity list? Due to our Busy order book we have already ordered a second I300 AWC!!!!
The all new Mazak I300 AWC will be delivered shortly. This long awaited machine comes with 32 pallets servicing a full 5-axis machining center. Additional to this is a expandable 205 tool hive with a 18k rpm spindle, this will be a welcome addition to the ever growing Mazak family.
We now have a new Mazak Multiplex W200-Y – with 65mm diameter bar capacity, dual-spindle/dual turret with milling tools and Y-axis capability with centre partition to allow machining at both ends simultaneously.
We are now the proud owners of a second Intergrex i200ST, As always Clive Purchase is out looking at his new machine desperate to get the new machine working!! Make sure you keep an eye out for the next delivery coming soon.

We have the latest generation MAZAK 5-axis machining centre on site. The machine is capable of simultaneous 5-axis machining for accurately processing parts with complex profiled surfaces in single setups.

We have now installed LED lighting throughout the company. The upgrade to the lighting has bought better working light for all employees in all departments while lowering our impact on the environment and reducing our power consumption. In total we replace 89 panel lights in the offices and assembly with a further 66 high bay lights in the production area.
