We are pleased to be up and running on our recent investment in Zoller’s TMS software. This fantastic system is used to manage our cutting tools and tool assembly’s. With the aid of this equipment we can easily and quickly set tools ready to be stored in the machine tools with the minimum of fuss. This machine is the perfect edition to work alongside our Mazak Variaxis.
We are exhibiting at Subcon 2016 again. The show will be on 7th – 9th June, We hoping existing customers as well as new aquaintances come on to the stand for a chat and admire our updated branding!!

Mazak VARIAXIS 630-5X II
The VARIAXIS vertical machining center has advanced multiple-surface, simultaneous 5-axis machining capabilities for accurately processing parts with complex profiled surfaces in single setups.
Twin Pallet, 12,000 rpm Spindle, 80 tools with RFID data pull studs, Renishaw probing & Renishaw NC-4 laser non-contact measurement, Full 5 axis simultaneous axis control, Temperature controlled spindle and ball screws, High pressure coolant and swarf management, 630mm x 500mm working envelope (500kg max weight).
With our three Multiplex’s successfully machining components 24 hours a day we were presented with the opportunity to buy a fourth from Germany. It was deemed too good of an opportunity to miss and therefore the decision was taken and the 
machine has made the journey to Amersham.
This 6200Y model boasts a Y-Axis and an advanced gantry robot for loading and unloading the work pieces. This allows billet work to run lights out and therefore can drastically reduce costs.

After a very enjoyable supplier day at Parker’s facility in France; Track Components were awarded with the Supplier of the Year award for 2015.
After many years of engagement with the supply chain managers and procurement personnel we are very proud to have been selected for this award.
The criteria for selection were –
We supply over 400 different part numbers into 5 European locations. The majority of these are supplied direct from stock with very short lead times.
With an ever increasing demand for direct to line components; cleanliness and trapped swarf are generally the biggest head aches for many companies.
With a powerful ultrasonic system and a strong degreasing solvent called Perchloroethylene; this cleaning machine has helped Track Components to achieve an exemplary cleanliness standard.
